What is Milk Kefir?
A fermented dairy drink made from milk from a cow, goat, or sheep, and fermented with specific milk kefir grains/scoby.
Why drink Milk Kefir?
Milk Kefir is rich in probiotics; beneficial bacteria known to boost the immune system, heal the gut and reduce digestive issues. Various strains of Lactobacillus, including Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium. Tested 3.8 million per ml, 38 million in every 100ml serving. 95% lactose free.
Is Milk Kefir lactose free?
Milk kefir is low in lactose, the sugar in milk. That means that you can probably drink it even if you’re lactose intolerant, but with precaution as everyone is different. We do however sell lactose free alternatives (Coconut milk kefir and Goat milk kefir).
What does Milk Kefir taste like?
It has been referred to as the champagne of milk. Milk kefir has a consistency much like a drinking yogurt, with a tangy and delicious taste. Flavoured and unflavoured options available.
