Description
Sate (or Satay) is a typically Indonesian dish consisting of small pieces or strips of meat (traditionally pork, chicken or prawns) threaded onto a skewer and grilled over hot coals, served with a spiced peanut Sate Sauce. Sate Sauce is also excellent with Veg or as an addition to Indonesia’s much loved national dish, Nasi Goreng.
Our authentic Indomex Sate Sauce is a sublime blend of roasted peanuts, chilli, garlic, coconut and love. This is one of our best selling sauces in the Indomex Range and our secret recipe dates back through the generations
