Sesame & Garlic Seasoned Soybean Paste or Sunchang Ssamjang is a traditional Korean sauce made from fermented* soybeans, chill pepper paste, garlic and sesame, which is served with other Korean dishes. It is often eaten in combination with a lettuce wrap, kimchi (a typically Korean vegetable side dish) and a rice dish. Extremely healthy and great to share with each other!

Kimchi is a fermented condiment that originates from South Korea and can be likened to a German Sauerkraut, a South African Chakalaka or Indian Atchar. It is 100% naturally fermented and therefore contains zero refined sugar or vinegar and is teeming with billions of Gut Friendly Bacteria & Probiotics per tablespoon.
It has typical Asian flavours of Ginger, Garlic & Chillis which amplify the flavour of this product & bring you a condiment that is not only delicious but essential to the maintenance of good gut health. Our Kimchi is also 100% vegan which is the more ancient traditional version from the Buddhist monks who are still a huge part of Korean culture today.
