Chungjungone Braised Chicken Marinade is an all-in-one delicious marinade for Korean steamed chicken that is quick and easy to use. Using only the finest ingredients, such as 100% naturally aged brewed soy sauce and domestic Cheongyang pepper, to create a truly delicious tasting sauce.
Suggested Cooking Method
Ingredients: 1 Chicken (approx. 1 kg), Chungjungone Braised Chicken Marinade 280g, Water 500ml, 1 Potato, Half Carrot, Half Onion, 1 Green Onion Large, 100g vermicelli
1. Wash the chicken in cold water and soak the vermicelli in warm water.
2. Put the prepared marinade in the 500ml of water and bring to a boil.
3. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes, then add potatoes, carrots and onions, and after 10 minutes add soaked vermicelli and green onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
