Wontons are a small type of Chinese Dumpling made using wheat flour and they are typically cooked in a soup but you can also steam or fry them
Hargow are also a smaller type of Chinese Dumpling. The name in Cantonese also means “wedding gown” as the shape of the dumpling resembles the traditional gown worn by a woman on her wedding day. They are made using a crystal like wrapper that is Gluten Free.
Shu Mai are also smaller Dumplings. They are essentially cup shaped, stuffed, with an unsealed open top so these are usually steamed.

Kimchi is a fermented condiment that originates from South Korea and can be likened to a German Sauerkraut, a South African Chakalaka or Indian Atchar. It is 100% naturally fermented and therefore contains zero refined sugar or vinegar and is teeming with billions of Gut Friendly Bacteria & Probiotics per tablespoon.
It has typical Asian flavours of Ginger, Garlic & Chillis which amplify the flavour of this product & bring you a condiment that is not only delicious but essential to the maintenance of good gut health. Our Kimchi is also 100% vegan which is the more ancient traditional version from the Buddhist monks who are still a huge part of Korean culture today.
