Mae Ploy™ Yellow Curry Paste is a blended between Thai herbs and spices with Indian spices especially turmeric, provides yellow color to the paste. It is only one curry paste that contains no shrimp paste, no added msg, preservative and artificial colors. This is a pre-made paste for Thai Yellow Curry that is quick and easy to use

Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Shallot, Galangal, Dried Red Chilli, Corlander Seed, Kaffir Lime Peel, Curry Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Cardamom, Nutmeg.

Directions
Do not expose to sunlight and refrigerate after opening. Stir-fry 50g of Yellow Curry Paste with 1 tbsp soybean oil, then add 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk. Add 200g of meat and another 1/2 cup (120 ml) of coconut milk heat until boiling. Add 100g cubed potatoes, 50g onion, 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water and cook until the vegetables soften. Add 2 tsp sugar, taste and season as required. Suggestion: For a milder flavor, half portion of the curry paste should be used.

Kimchi is a fermented condiment that originates from South Korea and can be likened to a German Sauerkraut, a South African Chakalaka or Indian Atchar. It is 100% naturally fermented and therefore contains zero refined sugar or vinegar and is teeming with billions of Gut Friendly Bacteria & Probiotics per tablespoon.
It has typical Asian flavours of Ginger, Garlic & Chillis which amplify the flavour of this product & bring you a condiment that is not only delicious but essential to the maintenance of good gut health.
