How To Make Miso Soup:
1. Empty contents of one Miso paste packet into a mug or bowl
2. Add 2/3 cup (160 ml) of boiling water. Adjust the amount of hot water to your taste
3. Stir well and serve hot

Kimchi is a fermented condiment that originates from South Korea and can be likened to a German Sauerkraut, a South African Chakalaka or Indian Atchar. It is 100% naturally fermented and therefore contains zero refined sugar or vinegar and is teeming with billions of Gut Friendly Bacteria & Probiotics per tablespoon.
