Shin Ramyun/Ramyeon is a brand of Instant noodles that has been produced by a South Korean food company Nongshim since October 1986. It is now exported to over 100 countries and is the highest-selling instant noodle brand in South Korea.
Shin Ramyun is well known for its spicy flavour.
Nongshim instant ramen cup noodles are a Korean variety of noodles flavoured with spicy chilli. This large serving of instant ramen noodles contains plenty of dried ramen and a sachet of hot and spicy Korean chilli sauce to make the soup.
Ingredients:
Noodles: Wheat Flour (64.4%), Potato Starch, Palm Oil, Salt.
Flavour Sachet: Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Spices, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Soy Sauce Powder, Soybean Paste Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E627, E631).
Vegetables: Dried Green Onion, Dried Mushroom, Dried Carrot, Freeze Dried Red Pepper.
Cooking Directions:
Open the lid to where the arrows are marked. Remove the seasoning packet. Open and sprinkle the contents over the noodles. Add boiling water up to the line inside the cup. Close the lid and let stand for 4 minutes. Stir well and serve.
