Assi Brand Concentrated Vinegar has an acidity level of 25% making it ideal for cooking many different Korean dishes such as cold noodle soups, salads as well as for pickling purposes. Due to the concentrated state of the vinegar, a little goes a long way and often needs to be diluted before use.

Mix 1 part vinegar with 4-5 parts water
