Nothing says South African gathering like a potjie simmering over coals. We’ve made it even more nourishing by swapping stock for Che Gourmet Bone Broth — rich, gut-friendly, and full of flavour.
What You’ll Need:

1kg beef stew cuts
-
2 onions, chopped
-
2 carrots + 2 potatoes
-
1 cup green beans
-
2 cups Che Gourmet Bone Broth

1 cup red wine (optional)

Herbs, salt & pepper
Method in a Nutshell:

Brown meat & onions in potjie.

Add veg, broth & wine.

Let it simmer low & slow until tender (2–3 hours).
