Che Gourmet Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Local (Johannesburg and Gauteng):

    • Standard Delivery (2–3 business days): Flat rate of R120.

    • Free Shipping on orders over R1500.

  • National (Rest of South Africa):

    • Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): Flat rate of R120.

    • Free Shipping on orders over R1500.

In-store Pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our facility in Randparkridge, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1–2 business days. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup hours:
Monday–Tuesday: 9 AM–4 PM (or otherwise pre-arranged)
Please have your order confirmation email available upon arrival.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We do not offer delivery to P.O. Box addresses.

Order Tracking:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, occasional delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances can occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@chegourmet.co.za.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us immediately at info@chegourmet.co.za with your order number, details, and photographs (if applicable), and we will investigate and rectify the issue promptly.
