A twist on the Cape Malay classic — savoury mince baked with a golden egg custard top. The secret kick? Che Gourmet Kimchi, folded into the mince for a tangy, fiery layer that balances the sweet chutney.
What You’ll Need:

500g beef mince

1 onion, chopped

2 tbsp curry powder

½ cup raisins

2 tbsp chutney
-
1 cup Che Gourmet Kimchi (chopped)

2 eggs + 1 cup milk (for topping)
Method in a Nutshell:

Fry onion + curry powder, add mince, raisins & chutney.

Stir in chopped kimchi.

Transfer to dish, pour custard on top, bake at 180°C until golden.
