Korean Pickled Onions also known as Yangpa Jangajji are an Umami Rich, Tangy Pickle with a hint of Spice. Made with Tamari, a Gluten Free Soy Alternative & anti-inflammatory Apple Cider Vinegar. Always served alongside a Korean BBQ it can also be eaten as a side to a cheese board, chopped up in a salad or perfectly on its own. The perfect Asian Pickle!
