Wontons are a small type of Chinese Dumpling made using wheat flour and they are typically cooked in a soup but you can also steam or fry them Hargow are also a smaller type of Chinese Dumpling. The name in Cantonese also means "wedding gown" as the shape of the dumpling resembles the traditional gown worn by a woman on her wedding day. They are made using a crystal like wrapper that is Gluten Free. Shu Mai are also smaller Dumplings. They are essentially cup shaped, stuffed, with an unsealed open top so these are usually steamed.
