🔥 Cooking Instructions (For All Dim Sum Items):

🥟 Steamed (Recommended):

  1. Place frozen dim sum in a bamboo or metal steamer lined with parchment or napa cabbage leaves.

  2. Steam over boiling water for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.

  3. Serve hot with dipping sauces.

🥟 Microwave (Quick Method):

  1. Place dim sum in a microwave-safe dish with a splash of water.

  2. Cover with a microwave-safe lid or damp paper towel.

  3. Heat on high for 2–3 minutes or until heated through.

🥟 Pan-Fry (For Shu Mai):

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, place shu mai flat-side down.

  2. Fry for 1–2 minutes until the bottom crisps up slightly.

  3. Add 3 tbsp water, cover, and steam for 4–5 minutes.
