🔥 How to Use (Cooking Instructions):

  1. Thaw the wrappers overnight in the fridge or for 30–60 minutes at room temperature before use.

  2. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wrapper.

  3. Moisten edges with water, fold in half, and pleat or seal firmly.

  4. Choose your method:

  • Steam: 6–8 minutes over boiling water.

  • Pan-fry (Potstickers): Fry sealed side down for 2 minutes, add water, cover to steam for 5–6 minutes, then uncover to crisp.

  • Boil: Gently boil for 3–4 minutes or until dumplings float.
