Join us for our next HANDS ON Fermentation Event hosted by Fermentation Expert Che from Che Gourmet. This event is the next in our series of Gut Health & Fermentation Foodie Focus. Che will be going into great detail regarding starters, techniques, equipment, ingredients & fermentation time. Che will be focusing on how to make Kimchi, Kraut & Whole Brined Fermented Foods & Sauces
The biggest & most exciting part of this event? YOU will be creating your very own Hand Crafted, One of a Kind Ferments to take home with you in our Che Gourmet Fermentation Stations!!! We will have an array of organic veggies, herbs & spices so you can customise your ferment to your liking. This will allow for a safe Anaerobic Fermentation to take place at home especially for first timers and also create a flavour profile to suit you.
Che will be on hand to assist with every step in the process to ensure you understand fully the techniques & skills needed to ferment safely on the day & while at home.
Additional Fermentation Stations will be available for purchase on the day.
