🔥 Cooking Instructions (Jiaozi Style Dumplings):

🥟 Boiled (Water Dumplings):

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  2. Add frozen dumplings (do not thaw).

  3. Stir gently to prevent sticking.

  4. When dumplings float, cook for 3–4 additional minutes.

  5. Remove and serve with dipping sauce.

🥟 Steamed:

  1. Line a steamer with parchment or cabbage leaves.

  2. Steam dumplings from frozen over boiling water for 6–8 minutes.

  3. Serve immediately with soy-vinegar-chili dip.

🥟 Pan-Fried (Potsticker style):

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Place frozen dumplings flat-side down and fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Add ¼ cup of water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes.

  4. Uncover and cook 1–2 more minutes until the bottoms are golden and crispy.
