🔥 Cooking Instructions (Jiaozi Style Dumplings):
🥟 Boiled (Water Dumplings):

Bring a pot of water to a boil.

Add frozen dumplings (do not thaw).

Stir gently to prevent sticking.

When dumplings float, cook for 3–4 additional minutes.

Remove and serve with dipping sauce.
🥟 Steamed:

Line a steamer with parchment or cabbage leaves.

Steam dumplings from frozen over boiling water for 6–8 minutes.

Serve immediately with soy-vinegar-chili dip.
🥟 Pan-Fried (Potsticker style):

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place frozen dumplings flat-side down and fry for 2 minutes.

Add ¼ cup of water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes.
