🔥 Cooking Instructions (Pan-Fry/Steam Combo – Traditional Potsticker Style):

🥟 Pan-Fried (Recommended):

  1. Heat 1–2 tbsp of neutral oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Arrange frozen potstickers flat-side down in a single layer.

  3. Fry for 2–3 minutes until the bottoms turn golden brown.

  4. Add ¼ cup water (or enough to cover the bottom of the pan).

  5. Cover with a lid and let steam for 5–6 minutes until water evaporates.

  6. Uncover and cook for another 1–2 minutes for extra crisp.

  7. Serve hot with soy sauce, black vinegar, or chili crisp.

🥟 Air-Fry (Crispy Option):

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C.

  2. Lightly spray potstickers with oil.

  3. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.

🥟 Steam (Softer Skin):

  1. Line a steamer with parchment.

  2. Steam frozen potstickers over boiling water for 7–8 minutes.

  3. Optional: Pan-sear the bottoms after steaming for added crisp.
