Spicy Harissa Yoghurt Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients:

• 4 chicken breasts cut into strips
• 2-3 tablespoons of Indomex Harissa
• 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

1. Heat olive oil in pan & add chicken strips, fry until golden but not cooked through
2. Add Indomex Harissa Paste and coat chicken well – fry for 2 minutes
3. Add yoghurt, turn down heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
4. Season to taste
5. Serve with bulgur, couscous or brown rice and enjoy !

Harissa can also be enjoyed as a condiment with flatbreads and is a key ingredient in spicy Shakshuka eggs – if you haven’t tried these, you are missing out !!!
