Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce is made from quality Chinese plums, ginger and chilli peppers. Perfect for stir-frying and dipping. An excellent dip for roast duck, roast meats, egg rolls, and other appetizer. Also called duck sauce, this thick, sweet-and-sour condiment is made with plums, sugar and various seasonings. Plum sauce is most often served with duck, pork, spring rolls or spareribs.

I just LOVE this plum sauce... had it a few years ago but couldn't find it in the shops so thank you for stocking it. Do you have just Dim Sums (Sims in Australia where I lived for 9 years). I would love to be able to purchase just them.
