The most delicious kraut I have ever had! So much better than any store-bought, mass produced kraut.
My absolute best so far, love the sea breezy freshness of the leaves. I add them to my vegan dishes which gives it an added burst of salty tanginess. Love it alongside my spicy curries. Prefer a bit more seaweed or equal proportion to the cabbage for perfect blend and balance
