Ottogi Kalguksu Wide Wheat Noodles 900g

Ottogi Kalguksu Wide Wheat Noodles are chewy and slightly stretchy noodles that retain their texture nicely and don’t easily get over soggy. Ideal for making a bowl of Kalguksu Noodles (or Jajangmyeon)

Kalguksu (literally “knife noodles”) is a Korean noodle dish consisting of handmade, knife-cut wheat flour noodles served in a large bowl with broth and other ingredients. It is traditionally considered a seasonal food, consumed most often in summer. Its name comes from the fact that the noodles are not extruded or spun, but cut.

Directions: For 1 Serving (100g) (1) Boil 1000ml (5cups) of water. Put Ottogi Wheat Round Noodle and simmer for 4-5 minutes. (2) Rinse 2-3 times in cold water and drain.

(3) Enjoy with your favourite soup or with ‘Ottogi Anchovy Noodle Sauce’.
