Recipe Suggestions:

Use as a flavoured Chilli Paste to add heat, umami flavours and a citrus tang to your dish whilst cooking.  We suggest that you add a tablespoon at a time and adjust according to your required heat level and taste.  Sambal Badjak is an excellent base for Asian-style stir fries and Noodle Dishes – can also be used as a spicy relish with prepared meals
