O'food Sand Lance Fish Sauce is typically used in the making of Kimchi, to help accelerate the fermentation process. On some occasions, it is also used in Korean side dishes and soup/stew to give extra umami. Fish sauce is made of 80% fermented and simmered Sand lance fish and it is a light brown liquid. You can use this sauce to make Kimchi, Kimchi soup and Seaweed Soup etc
