Ingredients:

Wheat flour, Vegetable oils (Palm oil, Rapeseed oil), Sugar, Salt, Curry powder, Monosodium glutamate, Caramel color, Pepper, Malic acid, Garlic, Disodium guanylate, Disodium inosinate, Celery seed, Mustard.

How to prepare:

1. Cut meat, onions, carrot and potatoes into bite-size pieces. Sauté in saucepan until lightly browned.
2. Add 3-3/4 cups (750ml) of water and bring to boil.Cook over low to medium heat about 20 minutes, or until tender.
3. Remove from heat. Break 1/2 curry sauce bar into pieces and add to the saucepan.
4. Cook over low heat about 20 minutes, or until curry thickens. Serve over cooked rice, pasta, etc.
