Sunwest USA Sushi Rice is a premium quality short grain sticky rice. Grown in the Sacramento Valley in California, which provides the perfect conditions for growing this rice. Sunwest rice is also non GMO.

Short Grain Rice holds flavour well when cooked. It is soft and sticks together, making it good for use in Mediterranean and Asian cuisines such as sushi.
